1.5 hr Initial Consultation and first treatment - £55
An acupuncture consultation appointment will begin with a comprehensive health assessment, where I will ask you detailed questions about your medical history, lifestyle, and current symptoms. This is followed by a physical examination, which may include checking the pulse, inspecting the tongue, and palpating specific areas of the body to identify any imbalances in energy flow, or "qi." Based on this assessment, I will formulate a personalised treatment plan. The consultation also includes a discussion of the acupuncture process and expected outcomes. The goal is to ensure that you feel informed and comfortable before proceeding with the actual acupuncture treatment and during this time, I will answer any questions that you may have.

1.5 hour Facial Enhancement treatment £65
An acupuncture facial enhancement treatment, also known as cosmetic acupuncture, involves the gentle insertion of fine needles into specific points on the face to stimulate blood flow, collagen production, and muscle tone. This natural approach aims to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, improve skin texture, and promote a healthy, glowing complexion. The treatment not only focuses on facial rejuvenation but also addresses underlying imbalances in the body, enhancing overall well-being and vitality. This treatment also includes the use of light gua sha.
40 minute Gua Sha treatment - £35
Gua sha is a traditional Chinese therapy that involves scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool to improve circulation and promote healing. The treatment is typically applied to the back, neck, shoulders, and limbs, where the practitioner uses firm, long strokes to create temporary red or purple marks, known as "sha." These marks indicate the release of stagnant blood and toxins from the tissues. Gua sha is believed to help alleviate muscle tension, reduce inflammation, and boost the immune system, offering relief from chronic pain and enhancing overall health.
